Website terms

Research material and website use

Research material should be read with its stated scope, version, evidence, and limitations.

Research in development

Working papers, research notes, and programme descriptions may change as arguments are tested and revised. When referring to an item, use the authorship, version, date, and status shown on its publication record.

No substitute for the publication record

Introductory website copy summarises selected research questions. It does not replace the assumptions, methods, evidence, limitations, and citations in the corresponding publication.

Copyright and research licences

Unless a publication states otherwise, papers published by McIntyre Lab are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. The copyright holder and applicable licence are identified on each publication record and in the corresponding paper. A publication-specific notice takes precedence over these general website terms.

CC BY 4.0 applies to the text and original figures of a paper unless otherwise identified. Software, datasets, and third-party material are not included unless explicitly stated. Patent and trademark rights are not granted by the licence.

Reuse and corrections

Reuse must include the attribution required by the applicable publication notice. For permissions, corrections, or questions, email info@mcintyrelab.org.
